Madsalen’s catering kitchen originates from the evening a la carte cuisine, where focus is on good, seasonal produce that is both healthy and full of flavor. Versatility is one of the key concepts at Madsalen, and the creative chefs create lunches from mainly, but not exclusively European kitchens. The lunch buffet is full of healthy, hearty dishes, rich salads and lots of various cold cuts and freshly baked bread.
Madsalen’s chefs take pride in the fact that the food is well cooked and is good bio-fuel for the remaining hours at the office. And for everyone! Therefore, a daily lunch buffet consists of both meat and vegetarian dishes. In addition there is a new spread every day and new salads and cold cuts buffet.
The lunch buffet could consist of roasted pork with a Jamaican twist with jerk sauce with rice/beans and steamed cabbage, omelet with tomato and chives, a corn/chili spread, cauliflower with creamy mustard dressing with almonds, red lentils and chervil, and the cold cuts buffet on the same day has a tuna salad with paprika dressing, pepper paté and pastrami from turkey with pickles and horseradish.
