At Hereford Steakhouse it is a must to serve good meat to the guests.
The restaurant is a classic steakhouse: On the order form you mark which kind of steak you want, how it should be fried, the selection of accessories as well as sauce to go with it.. The salad bar is included when you order a steak.
For starters, you can choose classics such as foie gras terrine, smoked salmon with creamed spinach and of course a shrimp cocktail with shrimps. . Besides the steaks there is a 3-course menu that changes daily. The menu is written on a large blackboard above the open kitchen area. This is a very popular place and the restaurant has many regular customers.
The food is made of fresh raw materials and the philosophy is simply that guests really need to feel they are getting value for money. You also get a really good cup of coffee at Hereford Steak House. The restaurant is decorated with rough wooden tables and much Danish modern art, which the owner Jan Sundberg has collected for many years.
On the first floor there is a large, bright and beautiful banquet room. In summer you can enjoy the nice weather on the covered terrace or in the cozy courtyard with an open fireplace. Hereford Steakhouse, too, arrange many “ out of house” parties – accompanied by both cook and servants.
