Menuer fra 325,- til 450,-
Marv & Ben is located in the quaint town house behind Gl. Strand where the gourmet Saa Hvidt previously was located. It is still the Frederick Hvidt from Saa Hvidt who is owner, but it's chef Jonas Boelt, who’s cooking the food. The style is gourmet, but also a bit more down to earth than before, and with a price even more friendly. Five dishes are, for example, DKK 350 - but you are also welcome to choose fewer dishes from the menu, such as three starters, three main courses and three desserts. The cuisine is tradtional Danish with seasonal vegetables delivered from Hanebjerg Farm, Frederick Hvidt's parents' farm near Hillerød, several times a week. The kitchen has chosen to serve Danish food presented with an innovative twist and respectful of the ingredients. Marv & Ben has taken up classical Danish dishes that are put together in new constellations. The wine list is diverse with many wines: White, rosé and light red wines to suit the simple style in the kitchen. Several wines are available by the glass, and the wine waiter are happy to help find glass to match the food. The restaurant is divided into three sections; two upstairs and one downstairs, where the open kitchen adds a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
