Many well-known and respected chefs have had their time on Skovshoved Hotel, now has Philippe Houdet - former owner of the Michelin restaurant Pierre André - behind the pots.
The menu changes regularly and is based on the Danish seasons, but is also heavily inspired by the chef's French roots. Arch French classics and Danish / French cuisine with a contemporary twist are served in appetizer size so you can try a little of everything. It's smart, because then released as a guest to decide whether you have a mind to roasted lobster, fried skate wing, foie gras with truffle or confit of quail, there is room for everything.
On our wine list you will find a large selection of wines from classic regions.
For lunch you can choose from both a la carte menu and from the lunch menu, which features classic Danish open sandwiches made from scratch. In the evening, there is a special menu for children.
Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel is located in the basement of the hotel, which is one of Denmark's most charming. The entrance to the restaurant through the lobby and the opportunity to sit outside in the covered conservatory.
