Sushi Day is located at Falconer Allé and is a quality sushi place. You can either bring the fresh sushi home as takeaway or sit in the very cozy newly decorated rooms with candles and fresh flowers. The place is owned by the young woman Hong Chang, a former sushi chef at Umami, and trained under the famous Japanese sushi master Suzuki, who rarely takes students under his wing.

The sushi is beautifully crafted from the freshest ingredients. There are all types: nigiri, sashimi, Hoso-maki, kaburimaki, rice paper rolls, photo maki, uramaki and a variety of sushi menus. Among the most delicate are gunkan - a sushi with ikura (Japanese salmon roe). In addition, one with snow crab and foie gras. Hong Chang has developed a couple of specialties including a Sunrise with tempura shrimp, mango topped with flame grilled salmon sesame and scallions. Then there is also a Manatsu sushi shrimp, avocado topped with salmon, cream cheese and blueberries.

An absolute must try if you are local Frederiksberg citizen or simply from Copenhagen.
